There is nothing that solidifies an attorney / client relationship as much as meeting in person but we want for you to have as much information about us as possible before you contact us. I have included all of the relevant professional information below but here is some further background information:
I was born and raised in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area. I graduated from Lloyd Memorial High School in 1988 and went from there to the University of Kentucky for undergraduate studies. After earning my degree from the University of Kentucky in 1992, I spent two years working for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a family services social worker. I wanted some 'real life' experience in the workforce before returning to school to study law and being a social worker more than met that goal. I consider my work and training as a social worker to have been instrumental in how I approach the management of clients in my law practice.
I attended law school at Northern Kentucky University and graduated in 1997, the same year in which I passed the bar examination. I had my first trial within one month of receiving my license to practice law and my client was found 'not guilty' of assault in that trial. I have been actively engaged in the practice of law since 1997.
My primary practice areas include: Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (Debtor in Possession), Bankruptcy Adversarial Actions, Creditor Rights, Personal Injury, Business and Contractual Relations, Civil Litigation, Business Reorganizations, Wills and Trusts, Debt Restructuring and Adoption.
I currently reside in Milford, Ohio with my wife and two children. I am an avid baseball fan and fly fisherman.
